PCH OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCE OF WINNING.

ENTRY PERIOD: The period beginning on 12/19/25 and ending on 12/31/25. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31st, 2025.

PRIZE: $5,000.00 (Giveaway 23070). For purposes of these Official Rules, the terms "Giveaway," "Promotion," "Prize," and "Sweepstakes" may be used interchangeably.

How To Enter: Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway in one or more of the following ways: a) online Store Entry: Entrants who purchase qualifying merchandise will receive one (1) entry for each $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding tax and shipping) in the PCH online store (each, an “Online Store Entry”); b) Alternative Means of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter for free without becoming a Member or making a purchase, follow the AMOE link HERE.  For each valid submission of the AMOE registration form, you will receive twenty (20) entries into each promoted Giveaway, subject to the maximum entry limits; c) Optional Packages: From time to time, PCH may offer the opportunity to purchase optional add-on packages, products or services that include additional entries.  Any information collected during the entry process will be used in accordance with PCH's Privacy Policy as listed HERE.

1. Eligibility: These giveaways are open only to individuals who (i) are legal residents of the United States, (ii) are physically located and residing within the United States at the time of entry, (iii) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, (iv) have a valid residential street address and (v) satisfy all other eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of PCH its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, contest processors and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective household members, whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. Winner Selection Process: All entries received from this Promotion by the entry deadline stated in these Official Rules will be eligible for all Giveaways offered herein. You will win a prize promoted in this Promotion if you submit a timely entry from this Promotion and it is selected as the winning number in our random drawing. Entries submitted from this Promotion after the deadline will be deemed invalid.

3. Prize Payout Schedule: PCH expressly reserves the right, at its option, to award merchandise prizes in cash at the stated value. Taxes are winner’s responsibility.

4. Prize Payout Election: For prizes that offer the option of a lump sum or annuity payout, the winner must notify PCH of their preferred payout method in writing within sixty (60) days of prize notification. If PCH does not receive a written election from the winner within that timeframe, the prize will automatically be awarded in the form of a lump-sum payout. This condition is a material term of the prize and applies to all eligible winners.

5. SCAM PREVENTION EDUCATION: At PCH the winning is always free. PCH would never require any money, tax, fee or payment be made to collect a prize. If someone contacts you claiming to be from PCH and tells you that you’ve won a prize — then asks you to send a payment or money card in order to claim the prize — STOP! You have not heard from the real PCH. No payment, fee, tax or any amount is ever required to claim or receive a prize in a legitimate PCH giveaway.

6. You may receive multiple entry opportunities into our ongoing Giveaways. Various presentations of these Giveaways using various prizes/prize values may be presented to the public. The winning entry will be eligible for the prize configuration promoted in the Promotion or pch.com offer from which it comes. A winner’s prize may be supplemented up to the maximum amount of the Giveaway at PCH’s option. Unless otherwise specified, if the winning number from a Giveaway has not been returned at giveaway end, the minimum registered prize amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In the event that the winning number from a winning promotion is duplicated, there will be a random drawing among such duplicated numbers to determine a winner.  In the case of a dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by mail, email or in person at our option. Winners must be fully registered with PCH and contact information must be up-to-date and accurate for prize to be awarded. Prize award date(s) promoted may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Award subject to verification of identity and eligibility. Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility for prize to be paid. Entering this prize shall, unless prohibited by law, constitute a grant to PCH by You of the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, at any time, Your name, picture, voice, likeness, biographical information, the amount of any prize and the sweepstakes from which it was won and/or any quotation, statement, or image, for promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent.

8. Released Parties: By participating in this Promotion and/or accepting any prize awarded, entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PCH, its parent company, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, vendors, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Promotion; (ii) any violation of these Official Rules; (iii) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, inability to use, or misuse of any prize; (iv) injury, death, property damage, or loss of any kind resulting from participation or prize use; or (v) any typographical, human, mechanical, technical, or printing error relating to the Promotion or the administration thereof. Entrants further acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (b) system failures, interruptions, or technical malfunctions; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or administration of the Promotion; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize. The foregoing release does not apply to claims for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by the Released Parties’ negligence, or where otherwise prohibited by law.

9. Disputes: The Board of Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility, entry validation, winner determination, and the interpretation of these Official Rules. PCH may, in its discretion, end the Giveaway early for promotional purposes; if so, all eligible entries received as of the early end date will be included, and the winner selection method described herein will not change. “Board of Judges” means the review panel designated by PCH to evaluate and resolve disputes arising in connection with this Promotion, including eligibility determinations and winner selection validation, as needed. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PCH and the Board of Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and waive any right to challenge or appeal such decisions. As permitted by law, to the extent any further dispute, claim, or cause of action exists after application of these Official Rules and the final determinations of the Board of Judges, such dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and by participating, entrants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

10. Fraud Terms: By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Board of Judges. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.  The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PCH which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, PCH reserves the right to terminate the online portion of the promotion. Entries become the property of PCH and will not be returned. PCH reserves the right through decision by the Board of Judges to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the PCH Online system or in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules.  Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunity. If you are suspected of fraudulent behavior, your account can be blocked and may be suspended from winning across all PCH online properties. If you feel you have been blocked in error, or to find out the status of your account, contact Customer Service. PCH reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other causes impair integrity.

11. Changes to These Official Rules: PCH may update or modify these Official Rules from time to time in its discretion. No amendment or modification will apply to, or alter the terms of, any Giveaway that commenced prior to the effective date of such change. Participants are encouraged to review these Rules before entering any Giveaway.

Giveaways are limited to U.S. residents who are physically located and residing in the U.S.  Void where prohibited.

• You Have Not Yet Won. All Entries Have The Same Chance Of Winning. The winner has not been identified. We don't know who the winner is. If you enter our Sweepstakes, your entry will have the same chance to win as every other entry.

Enter For Free. You don't have to buy anything to enter. Just follow the instructions in the Official Rules.

Buying Won't Help You Win. Your chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something. It would not be lawful to give any advantage to buyers in a Sweepstakes.
